(Amman, Jordan) A Successful Open Day for CCS, Hp, and Citrix was held at King Hussein bin Talal convention centre in Dead Sea on the 1st of July 2009, an International high technology Seminar entitled “Latest Technologies towards Reducing the Cost of Interruptions, Down-Time, and Business Resumptions to the Minimum”
With presentations exploring the powerful business impact for HP storage and servers based on industry standards that make the adaptive enterprise a reality for enterprise and small-medium business customers, another session presented by Citrix the enterprise software company with end-to-end virtualization for application delivery.
The event consisted of various sessions, the first of which was a presentation of CCS’ propriety Replication Suite. This group of products provides business continuity to both SMB and enterprise customers by implementing different replication models as per the unique requirements of each customer.
The event also included different sessions presented by HP covering the latest technologies in Storage products as well as HP Blade Systems with its related management software. that gives SMB customers the opportunity to maintain highly available critical business data without the costs associated with implementing traditional SAN solutions. HP also presented its newly introduced G6 blade servers http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/blades/bladesystem/index.html
that are specially designed for the virtualized environment. Its built-in network ports support 10G networks and can be virtualized using HP Flex-10 technology to provide up to four networks ports for each physical port, each with different speeds. The session also detailed the different levels of support provided by HP in terms of various preventive and reactive maintenance methods and response times. These levels are customized to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
Citrix Systems gave a detailed presentation of its products that virtualized the workplace. These products cover application virtualization, server virtualization and desktop virtualization.
The majority of the invited guests were CIO’s and IT managers from different sectors such as governmental, Ministries, Banks and hospitals, which reassured the need of participation in this event; to stay in good relationship with our clients, and to be present when our potential clients would like to know more about our systems.”
